This study was aimed to investigate proximate compositions, carbohydrate levels, energy contents, fatty acid profiles, lipid quality indexes of pilchard, mullet, trawl. The crude protein, lipid, moisture, ash content were determined as compositions. protein levels highest sardine (24.08%) followed common (18.91%) golden (18.01%).
